Starcraft Corporation Announces the Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
GOSHEN, Ind.--May 3, 2002--Kelly L. Rose, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Starcraft Corporation (OTCBB:STCR) announced that Timothy L. Burke will assume the responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer for Starcraft Corporation as well as Secretary of the Company.He replaces Richard J. Mullin who is no longer with the Company.
Mr. Burke has over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Before joining Starcraft, Mr. Burke held various financial positions with companies such as Vectren Corporation, Polk Power a division of Tenneco Energy, and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Burke holds a MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Management from Central Michigan University.
Mr. Rose has assumed the additional duties of President as well as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
