Arkansas Businessman Perry Butcher Joins Ranks of NASCAR Sponsors

MT. JULIET, Tenn., May 2 -- Bobby Hamilton Racing today announced that The Perry Connection will become primary sponsor of the no. 4 Dodge Ram driven by Brian Rose in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for nine races, beginning with the Ram Tough 200 at Gateway International Raceway in St. Louis, Mo. on May 5.

The Perry Connection consists of a group of businesses, investments and special projects in which Perry L. Butcher, an Arkansas businessman who is also an architect and developer, is involved. Included in The Perry Connection are: Perry L. Butcher & Associates, Architects, a national and international architectural firm that designs projects for Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Kinko's, and other major projects; Straube Business Park, LLC, an office complex in Bentonville, Ark.; Blue Skies Charter, the premier passenger jet charter service in northwest Arkansas; several housing developments in northwest Arkansas; several housing and investment projects in the Bahamas; AMR, USA, a diamond recovery company in South Africa; and others.

Brian Rose is currently seventh in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series championship points race following finishes of third, eighth, and 27th at Daytona, Darlington and Martinsville, respectively.
