Subaru of America, Inc. Announces Sales Results for April
CHERRY HILL, N.J., May 1 -- Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA), a pioneer of all-wheel drive crossover vehicles designed for the active lifestyle, announced today sales figures for April. Subaru recorded a total of 14,155 units for the month. Sales remained the same as 2001 totals for the same period.
Subaru Impreza achieved a sales total of 3,486 units in April, an increase of 23% from last year. Subaru Legacy led the monthly total with 6,483 units posted, down 6%, while sales of Subaru Outback were 4,645 units, remaining the same as April 2001. Subaru Forester posted a total of 4,186 units for the month, down 5% from last year.
