Audi Posts Best April Sales - Record Year-To-Date

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., May 1 -- Audi of America, Inc. reported its best April sales with a total of 7,134 representing a 5.1 percent increase over April 2001 sales of 6,785. As a result of the strong sales month, Audi's year-to-date sales are 27,186 up 3.5 percent over 2001 when sales were 26,264.

The award winning, all-new A4 led the month with sales of 3,699 up 19.9 percent versus last year's sales of 3,085.
