Honeywell Declares Quarterly Dividend

    MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J.--April 26, 2002--The Board of Directors of Honeywell has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share on the company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on June 10, 2002 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 20, 2002.
