    RIVIERA BEACH, Fla.--April 25, 2002--Consulier Engineering, Inc. received a letter, dated April 18, 2002, pursuant to Marketplace Rule 4815 (b), indicating that the company's stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market at the opening of business on April 26, 2002 unless the company requests a hearing. The company has formally requested a hearing and fully expects to file a Form 10-KSB before the open of business on April 26, 2002.
