Myers Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

    AKRON, Ohio--April 25, 2002--The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. today declared a regular $.06 per share dividend. The dividend will be paid July 1, 2002, to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2002.
