    ALSIP, Ill.--April 25, 2002--Universal Automotive Industries, Inc. , a manufacturer and distributor of brake rotors, drums, disc brake pads, relined brake shoes, wheel cylinders and brake hoses for the automotive aftermarket, will present at the RedChip Partners(TM) Investor Conference in Chicago on Monday, May 6, 2002. The presentation will include a brief review of the company's past performance and a major emphasis on its future growth prospects.
