FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

KASEMETS JOINS JDC MOTORSPORTS LINEUP

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (April 23, 2002) – JDC Motorsports today announced that
series race winner Tonis Kasemets has joined its Formula Ford 2000 Zetec
Championship team.

Kasemets, of Mundelein, Ill., joins rookie standout Anthony Massari with the
team and will contest the remaining 11 races in the 2002 Zetec Championship,
in the No. 9 Flexovit/MK Ind/TMI/Redline Oil/Elite Engines/JDC Motorsports
Van Diemen Ford.

Last year in his rookie season, Kasemets displayed tremendous speed, winning
three races and capturing three pole positions. Prior to joining the Zetec
Championship, he captured Formula Continental amateur National Championship,
with a win at the prestigious SCCA Valvoline Runoffs.

With the addition of Kasemets, the team will be looking to build on the
strong start to the season it had at Sebring. Massari, in his first-ever
Zetec Championship races, qualified in the top-five for both races and
finished an impressive second place in Round Two. Kasemets and Massari will
share data and setup information throughout the year, bolstering both
drivers’ efforts.

"I'm look forward to working with Anthony Massari as a teammate," said
Kasemets. "With JDC Motorsports excellent reputation for preparation, we
should be capable of winning at each event."

JDC Motorsports is an up-and-coming team in its second season of Zetec
Championship competition. For additional information and/or sponsorship
