Twin Disc, Inc., Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    RACINE, Wis.--April 22, 2002--Twin Disc, Inc. , announced today that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share payable on June 3, 2002, to shareholders of record on May 10, 2002.
