Mingle Replaces Navarre As CEO-Chrome Announces Moves
PORTLAND, Ore.--April 17, 2002--Chrome Systems Corporation, a leading provider of automotive data, configuration technology and commerce solutions, announced today that Bob Navarre has turned over his duties as CEO to David Mingle, president and COO of the company.The move comes as a result of Navarre's recent appointment as president of a large automotive group in the Chicago area. He will continue as Chrome's chairman of the board.
Mingle joined Chrome in March 2001 and was named president and COO. in May. In this role, he has been responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as the strategic direction of the company.
Chrome also announced the promotion of Paul Heynderickx to the post of chief financial officer. Heynderickx joined the company in October 2001 as controller after serving in similar positions at several Portland-area technology firms.
