    BOCA RATON, Fla.--April 16, 2002--AutoInfo, Inc. (OTCBB:AUTO) today announced that Derek Skea, Mark Weiss, Mark Goldberg and Mark Massaro have been appointed to the Board of Directors of it's operating subsidiary, Sunteck Transport Co., Inc.
