Perot Systems Signs Contract Extension With Volkswagen of America, Inc.

PLANO, Texas, April 16- Perot Systems Corporation and Volkswagen of America today announced a multi-year extension of their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) relationship. The new agreement extends the relationship through 2006.

In this agreement, Perot Systems is commissioned to deliver a balanced blend of experienced senior management that will help provide Volkswagen of America with the industry's best results in Contact Center Management, Training, and Quality Assurance. Perot Systems will also continue to leverage its core business infrastructure and expertise in hiring and human resources management to attract top talent for the Contact Center.

The Volkswagen of America Customer Contact Center handles over 1.25 million contacts annually across all aspects of the relationship life cycle with existing and potential Volkswagen and Audi brand customers.
