TRW Names Vince Greco, Director of Operations, TRW Autospecialty

CARSON, Calif., April 15 -- TRW Automotive has appointed Vince Greco director of operations, for its Autospecialty aftermarket business in Carson and Harbor City, Calif. He is based at the Carson location.

As director of operations, Greco will manage the overall operations for the Harbor City location, where TRW manufactures and refurbishes brake calipers and rotors. In addition, he is responsible for all procurement, forecasting and warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, at TRW's facilities in Carson, Calif., Parsippany, N.J. and Chicago, Ill.

Greco joined TRW from Eaton Corp., Costa Mesa, Calif., where he held the positions of plant manager and manager of Material Operations and Quality Assurance for Eaton's Aerospace division. Prior to Eaton, Greco was senior manager of spares operations of the Boeing Co.'s Long Beach operation.

He holds an MBA from Cal Poly Pomona University and a B.S. degree in business administration with an emphasis in Operations Management from Long Beach State University. Greco is Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified.
