Apogee Enterprises Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    MINNEAPOLIS--April 15, 2002--The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.055 per share, payable May 15, 2002 to shareholders of record April 29, 2002. The company has approximately 28.3 million shares outstanding.
