iSECUREtrac Corp Provides Additional Information on Distribution Agreement with Veridian Corporation

    OMAHA, Neb.--April 11, 2002--iSECUREtrac(TM) Corp. (OTCBB:ISRE) released today additional information on its distribution agreement with Veridian Corporation. The agreement specifies prices and terms for any orders placed by Veridian for all Series 2100 products, and provides for discounts on purchases based upon the cumulative dollar volume of all purchases in any twelve-month period. All purchases must be in the form of a valid purchase order, and the agreement does not require any minimum purchases to remain in effect, and no purchase order has been received from Veridian to date. The initial term of this agreement is for two years and will automatically be extended for a one-year period. iSECUREtrac will warrant the performance of its products for a twelve-month period. Either party may terminate the agreement upon a breach by the other party, which is not cured within 30 days.
