FORMER DRIVER LOSES BATTLE WITH CANCER

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. (April 10, 2002)—The Formula Ford 2000 Zetec
Championship is saddened to announce the death of former driver Joe Tesone.

Mr. Tesone passed away Tuesday in Wildwood, Pa., at the age of 58. Mr.
Tesone had been battling cancer.

Mr. Tesone was regular competitor in Formula Continental competition in SCCA
Club Racing and raced in several Zetec Championship events. Racing in the
American Continental Class, for older cars, Tesone contested at least one
race per season for seven years. Away from the race track, Mr. Tesone was
president of Tesone Enterprises Inc. a trucking and land development company
that his father founded 70 years ago. In addition, Mr. Tesone was active in
the local community and a strong supporter of Italian-American causes.

Mr. Tesone is survived by his wife, Karen Ohl Tesone and daughter, Alena
Eva.

The family requests that donations be sent to St. Catherine of Sweden Church
Building Fund, P.O. Box 246, Wildwood, PA 15091.
