ABRA Auto Body & Glass-Elk River Wins Liberty Mutual Award

MINNEAPOLIS--April 3, 2002--ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, announced today that its Elk River repair center was awarded the 2001 Liberty Mutual Insurance award. This award is presented to outstanding repair centers throughout the country, representing those businesses that Liberty Mutual considers to be the "best of the best" in the damaged vehicle repair industry.
ABRA-Elk River, located at 275 Carson Avenue, is a franchise owned and operated by Kedrick Johnson of Elk River. "It's an honor to be recognized by one of the major insurance companies", stated Johnson. "Our staff of dedicated professionals work very hard to make sure that every repair they perform is handled with the highest quality. This award is a tribute to the pride they show in their work on a daily basis."
The criteria that Liberty Mutual evaluates when selecting the award-winning repair centers are: High Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores, high customer retention, detail in following Liberty Mutual's "Total Liberty Care" guidelines, and frequent communication with both the customer and Liberty Mutual during the repair process.
"When individuals are in a car accident", stated Mark Wahlin, ABRA's Director of Franchise Operations, "it is very often a difficult and emotional time. To be able to get them through the repair process while performing outstanding work and receiving the highest of praise from both the customer and the insurance customer is the sign of true professionalism and dedication. Kedrick has surrounded himself with a team of workers that truly care about their profession and the quality work they deliver."
