Hyundai Japan to add two models

Wednesday, April 3, 2002 at 09:30 JST TOKYO — Japan Today is reporting that Hyundai Motor Japan Co, a Japan unit of South Korea's largest automaker Hyundai Motor Co, said Tuesday it plans to increase its product lineup in Japan from the current five to seven.

Synn Myung Shik, president of Hyundai Motor Japan, said the company also aims to increase sales in Japan this year five-fold from the previous year to 5,000 units. (Kyodo News)
