Sonic Automotive Acquires Don Massey
CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 2-- Sonic Automotive, Inc.announced it has completed its acquisition of 15 of the 16 Don Massey Dealerships. The acquisition of the remaining dealership in the Massey organization is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2002. The dealerships acquired represent an estimated $1 billion in annual revenue.
