Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. Establishes Distribution/Installation Agreement in the United States; Succession of European Orders Continues

    PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--April 2, 2002--Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. (OTCBB:ACDT) has established a distribution and installation agreement with Apache Future. Alan Schwartz, President of Accident Prevention Plus, Inc. states, "This fills a vital need our Company has had for a long time. Prior to the past month, our distribution in the United States has been virtually non-existent and now we have made great strides in this arena. In the past years, besides lack of revenue and strong sales avenues, Accident Preventions' previous management has had difficulty with its' ability to install and support our on-board recording system. The alliance between the two companies will guarantee us successful installation, training and on going support."
    Furthermore, due to Apache Future excellent reputation and long standing relationships in the transportation industry, Accident Prevent Plus, Inc. has entitled Apache Future to become a major distribution force.
    As previously discussed, the European orders and delivery of products remains a growing and constant revenue source for the Company. Fulfillment of orders for Company's such as Solidec, CARA and others that were intended for the 2nd quarter has commenced. In addition, Accident Prevention has upgraded the on board recording system to fill increased and enhanced capability demands from clients past, present and future. Our system is now a fully integrated logistic solution system that has increased our marketability exponentially. As an example, the Company is currently in discussions with various school boards nationwide to merge their need with our technology.
    Apache Future has serviced over 40,000 vehicles in the transportation industry. Projects have taken Apache Future through the continental United States, Canada and Mexico.
