LEBANON VALLEY SPEEDWAY WARM-UPS APRIL 13TH

WEST LEBANON, N. Y. - Lebanon Valley Speedway competitors will have two 
chances to test their racecars on the brand new surface placed on the 
highbanks last fall.  Any racecar will be allowed to practice for the 
upcoming 2002 season. The speedway has scheduled three practice sessions in 
the month of April.
       On Saturday April 13th there will be warm-ups and inspection for all 
divisions. The pit gate will open at 1 p.m. Warm-ups will run from 3 p.m. 
until 6 p.m. The grandstands will be open to spectators for free.
       The red novelty trailer will be open to take your season pass ticket 
orders and you can also purchase tickets for all the upcoming special events 
this year. 
Wednesday evening, April 17th the cars will have another warm-up and 
inspection session. The pit gate will open at 5 p.m. with warm-ups running 
from 6 p.m. till 8 p.m. Spectators will be allowed into the stands for free.
       Lebanon Valley Speedway will start their 50th season on Saturday 
night, April 20th with a special 50-Lap Modified feature. The Pro Stocks, 
Rookies and Pure Stocks will all be in competition on the first night of 
racing. A Cannonball Run will conclude opening night activities. Those 
interested in running the Cannonball should call the speedway office for an 
entry form. 
       L&M Motors and Mane Attraction will once again sponsor the season 
opener. Front gates will open at 5 p.m. with the Pure Stocks taking the track 
at 6:15 p.m. Modified heats start at 7 p.m. Adult general admission for 
opening night is just $10 with kids under 12 "Just-A-Buck".
       Lebanon Valley Speedway is located just 20 minutes east of Albany on

       Don't forget to mark your calendar for the Pennzoil World of Outlaws 
presented by CARQUEST Auto Parts. The Outlaws hit the high banks of Lebanon 
Valley on Memorial Day Monday May 27th. All seats are reserved and cost $22.
