REMINDER/Mitsubishi Motors Jams With the LA Clippers; Mitsubishi Junior Clippers Basketball Tournament and Celebration Set

WHAT:    Mitsubishi Motor Sales of America, Inc. (MMSA), the Los
         Angeles Clippers, and the Los Angeles City Recreation and
         Parks (LACRP) are hosting a fun-filled afternoon at the
         Mitsubishi Junior Clippers JAM, a mini basketball tournament
         and end-of-year celebration for program participants and
         their families.

         Featured activities include:
         --   an interactive NBA Jam Van
         --   rides
         --   games
         --   a Read to Achieve area with guest readers and an
              opportunity for participants to enter to win a
              Mitsubishi mountain bike
         --   a 3-on-3 corporate challenge

         Jazz

WHY:     The JAM celebrates the 2001-2002 season for the Mitsubishi
         Junior Clippers, a program designed to work exclusively with
         inner-city children ages five to 15 to promote the
         fundamentals of basketball, sportsmanship and athletics as an
         alternative to negative influences. Now in its second year,
         the program has expanded to include more than 1,500
         participants from eight recreation centers throughout Los
         Angeles.
