Elk River, Minn., Operator Receives National Recognition at LCT Show

    ELK RIVER, Minn.--March 27, 2002--LCT Magazine recognized Michael Hanowski as the small fleet Operator of the Year at the LCT Show in Las Vegas.
    Hanowski is the co-founder and public relations officer for the Minnesota Professional Limousine Owners Association. He wrote the association code of ethics, designed the Web site, and designed the association logo. He worked to establish open communication and a better relationship with the Minneapolis Police, Parking and Traffic Control and Department of Transportation.
