USF Logistics Appoints Jill Pintozzi to Position of Director of Human Resources

    OAKBROOK, Ill.--March 27, 2002--USF Logistics, a logistics business unit of USFreightways Corporation, announced today the appointment of Jill Pintozzi to the position of Director of Human Resources. In this position Pintozzi will have overall responsibility for compensation, benefits, human resources strategic planning, policies, procedures and communications within the organization. She will also work closely with the senior management team on overall business strategic issues and initiatives. Pintozzi reports to Michael Harthcock, Vice President of Corporate Services.
    Pintozzi comes to USF Logistics with over 10 years of Human Resources experience in the hospitality and dot.com industries. Before joining USF Logistics, she served as Director of Human Resources Administration with TravelCLICK and Director of Personnel with Hospitality Resources, Inc. Her experience includes management of human resource programs for over 2500 employees. Pintozzi has a BA degree from Bradley University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
