Pep Boys Adds Three Outside Directors

    The new directors are Peter A. Sweetwood, 54, President-The Americas, Six Continents Hotels, PLC .
    With the recent retirement of Myles H. Tanenbaum, 71, a director since 1990, the addition of these new directors increases the current size of the Company's Board of Directors to ten.
