FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WOODSIDE AND TEAM WALKER MOTORSPORTS FINISH FOURTH AT CAJON, SECOND TOP-FIVE
FOR 2002 SEASON

March 25, 2002 (Valencia, Calif.) - Sean Woodside and Team Walker
Motorsports notched their second top-five for the 2002 season by taking the
#45 NAPA Filters Chevrolet to a fourth-place finish in Saturday night's
Coors Light "125" at Cajon Speedway, El Cajon, Calif.

The team also finished in fourth-place in the season-opening NASCAR Winston
West Winter Heat presented by Bosch at Phoenix (Ariz.) International Raceway
in early February.

Woodside worked his way forward from a mid-field starting position in the 41
minute, 125-lap sprint around Cajon's 3/8-mile oval. He had closed in on
third-place finisher Frank Maronski Jr. by the end of the race and looked
positioned to overtake him, but both drivers maintained their spots.

Woodside threaded his way through several accidents throughout the race,
leaving his equipment intact for the push to the front.

"Cajon is a fun track," Woodside said. "When we head to Cajon, we know we
can look forward to awesome short-track action and a great show for the
fans. The entire team had a good day. They gave me a great car and helped me
stay out of trouble on the track. It's really encouraging to have such a
good start to the season."
