Certified Fabricators, Inc. Appoints Lauderdale President And Chief Executive Officer

    BUENA PARK, Calif.--March 25, 2002--Certified Fabricators, Inc. (CFI), a Precision Partners Company, today announced the appointment of Joseph Lauderdale as president and chief executive officer.
    Mr. Lauderdale succeeds Dennis Williams as president, who has chosen to pursue other business interest opportunities. Mr. Williams will continue to serve CFI as a consultant to the executive team until the end of 2002.
