Apache Motor Corporation announces appointment of new President

LAS VEGAS, NV, March 22 APACHE MOTOR CORPORATION is pleased to announce today the appointment of David Bourne as President and Director of the Company. Mr. Robert Wither has resigned as President and Director of the Company, but will continue to provide consulting services to the Company.

Mr. Bourne has extensive experience in management, financial, sales and marketing. He has been involved with private, corporate, government, and institutional sectors, both domestic and international for over 30 years. His several years of international business experience includes importing/exporting, licensing of patents, rights and processes, with extensive dealings in Europe, Caribbean, Central and South America.

Mr. Bourne states: ``I am very pleased to accept this appointment, and I am looking forward to the prospect of furthering the development of the radial engine technology, along with looking for strategic alliances and potential acquisitions for the Company.''

Apache Motor Corporation is in the process of designing, developing and ultimately manufacturing a unique radial engine, initially for the aviation, motorcycle and outboard marine markets. The Company believes that the transition from the previous radial engine design to modern technology was possible and made sense due to the lightweight and exceptional power associated with such an engine. Initially, the Company is focusing on research and development pertaining to the prototype engine. Once it has re-engineered the engine, the Company will begin manufacturing and marketing the re-designed engine and associated products.
