Saturday, March 23, 2002

5th main event win in a row moving him closer to the coveted 2002
Supercross title. Carmichael now has a 17 point lead in the series.

Red Rider Nathan Ramsey put his CRF450R on the podium with a strong
second place finish behind fellow teammate Ricky Carmichael after leading
the first part of the race. Houston marks Ramsey's first podium in AMA
EA Sports 250cc Supercross competition. His accomplishment also gave
Honda's CRF450R 4-stroke motocross machine it's first ever podium in
Supercross competition. Congratulations to Ramsey for an outstanding ride!

6th place finish overall.

Blackfoot Honda's Heath Voss and Moto XXX / Honda mounted Kyle Lewis

New Orleans and decided not to race Houston. Tortelli should return for
Round 12 in St. Louis on April 6.
