SEMA MEMBERS DISCOUNT ON IRWINDALE SPEEDWAY'S
CORPORATE BOX SEATS FOR THE 2002 NASCAR SEASON!
(February 25, 2002) Seats in Irwindale Speedway's just-announced Corporate Box Seat section will be made available to all SEMA members at 10% off the regular corporate price.
Bob DeFazio, Speedway VP and Chief Operating Officer invited all SEMA members to take advantage of a special discount deal on pairs of “50 yard line seats” at Irwindale, the facility that Chris Economaki recently called, “California's magnificent Irwindale Speedway ... The finest U.S. short track extant.”
“We want as many SEMA members as possible to take advantage of this new motorsports marketing opportunity at Irwindale,” said DeFazio. “We've had many requests for this kind of an upgraded service from our friends in the business and we're finally able to offer it this year. We've been very pleased with the response so far, even with very little promotion.” The exclusive area, located right in the middle of the grandstands, will feature its own ushers and food service attendants as well as individual plaques on the seats indicating which corporations and individuals have reserved those seats for the 2002 season.
“The corporate seating section is going to be a great area to meet and interface with other members of the motoring industry. Each participating company will be able to take advantage of our 34 nights of racing excitement to treat their top customers and best employees to on a weekly basis,” DeFazio concluded.
A pair of Corporate Box Seats for the full 2002 season is $1050, SEMA member companies taking advantage of this offer pay only $945 for their unique seats.

Irwindale Speedway's 2002 season will open on March 16 and continue on through the famous “Turkey Night Grand Prix” on November 28. It includes five weekly NASCAR divisions, the Winston West and Southwest Tour, USAC open wheelers, and six touring divisions in 34 action-packed Saturday nights.
