ARCA Outdoor Channel release

THE OUTDOOR CHANNEL TO AIR ARCA RE/MAX RACE AT NASHVILLE

TEMECULA CA (3-22-02) – The Outdoor Channel announced today that it has
acquired the national broadcast rights to the ARCA RE/MAX Series PFG
Lester 150, to take place Friday, April 12 at Nashville Superspeedway.

The event will air on The Outdoor Channel in a 90-minute block the
following Saturday, April 20th starting at 4 PM Eastern time.

“The Outdoor Channel is pleased to have the opportunity to show our
viewers the ARCA RE/MAX Series race from Nashville,” said Outdoor
Channel VP of Business Development Wade Sherman. “This is a big step
towards strengthening the relationship between our two companies. I look
forward to future partnerships that will promote both The Outdoor
Channel as well as ARCA.”

The Outdoor Channel, for the third consecutive season, currently airs
ARCA Racing This Week, a weekly magazine-style show devoted exclusively
to ARCA racing highlights.

“It’s exciting to go from televising highlights to flag-to-flag
coverage,” said Sherman, who is also the Executive Producer for ARCA
Racing This Week. “The ARCA RE/MAX Series features quality stock car
racing at some of America’s finest tracks. We’re confident we can put a
quality product on the air, and plan to earn the opportunity to
broadcast additional races in the near future.”

The event adds to the growing number of televised events for the ARCA
RE/MAX Series in 2002.

“Partnering with The Outdoor Channel to televise the PFG Lester 150 at
Nashville Superspeedway will be beneficial to the entire ARCA RE/MAX
Series,” said ARCA President Ron Drager. “Televising ARCA RE/MAX Series
races is a high priority for us, and we look forward to expanding our
relationship with The Outdoor Channel from supporting the weekly ARCA
Racing This Week show to televising race events.”

Providing commentary for the race will be Sherman, NASCAR Busch Series
driver Dan Pardus and Tommy Praytor, current host of ARCA Racing This
Week.
