Naturally Fresh Brands of Eastern Foods Incorporated to Sponsor
 Two Car Winston Cup Effort

Atlanta, GA (March 21, 2002) - Atlanta-based Eastern Foods Inc. has reached an agreement to sponsor Kirk Shelmerdine for the 2002 Winston Cup season on a limited basis. Shelmerdine, who attempted to qualify for the Daytona 500, will drive a Ford as part of a two-car team effort with Brett Bodine.
Plans at this time are to participate in as many as five races later this season. Shelmerdine will showcase the colors of Naturally Fresh Dressings & Dips and Jackaroo Sauces produced by EFI, Inc.

"We are very excited about this opportunity for our company,' said EFI Vice President of Sales & Marketing Mike White.

Eastern Foods Incorporated has been actively involved in stock car racing sponsorship at various levels since 1991 and currently sponsors competitors in the USAR Hooters ProCup Series. In returning to the Winston Cup Series, Eastern Foods, Inc. will also become an associate sponsor on the #11 Ford driven by Bodine.

Shelmerdine will renew his quest to qualify for a Winston Cup race later this season. The four-time Winston Cup champion crew chief will make his second attempt at an undetermined track.

"This is a great opportunity for me," said Shelmerdine. "Naturally Fresh Foods has been a great supporter of stock car racing for over 10 years now and we look forward to this new partnership."
