    OCEANSIDE, Calif.--March 19, 2002--KIK Technology International, Inc. (OTCBB:KKTI), manufacturers of off-highway, flat-proof microcellular urethane tires, wheel assemblies, and other urethane products, announced today that it has established a marketing partnership with International Technical Marketing Services, Inc. (ITMS), a company controlled by international businessman, Ronald Knight, and headquartered in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.
    ITMS will initially focus on aftermarket sales opportunities in the U.S. Southeast, and will provide warehousing services to ensure timely product delivery and improved customer service in its territory. This initiative will help KKTI achieve its marketing strategy to sell its products closer to end users, thereby enhancing sales margins and at the same time, introducing its products into new market segments and increasing its share of a multi-billion dollar off-highway tire market.
