Cutler Named Vice President, Communications for GenCorp
SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 18 GenCorp announced that Linda Beech Cutler has been named Vice President, Corporate Communications. She replaces Rosemary Younts who is retiring at the end of the month.
Cutler joins GenCorp from DST Output in El Dorado Hills, a subsidiary of DST Systems, where she held senior marketing roles, including Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications. In this capacity she was responsible for development, launch and management of all external and internal marketing departments and programs for DST Output, the country's largest provider of paper and electronically based customer communications. Previously, Cutler was Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for USCS International in Rancho Cordova. From 1989 to 1993, she was Vice President, Marketing for Eidak Corporation in Cambridge, MA, and from 1986 to 1989 was the Manager, Marketing Communications for Staples Inc., in Newton, MA.
A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH, Cutler holds a BA in political science. She received a Certificate in Corporate Law from the Philadelphia Paralegal Institute and did graduate course work at the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, Cable and Telecommunications Administration and Marketing Association, National Investor Relations Institute, International Association of Business Communications and charter member, Women in Cable. Active in the community, Cutler is a board member and member of the executive committee for United Cerebral Palsy, Sacramento, a middle school parent coordinator at Sacramento County Day School and a grade level advisor for the National Charity League, Sacramento.
