iSECUREtrac Corp Reaches Distribution Agreement with Veridian Corporation on 2100 Series Tracking Products

    OMAHA, Neb.--March 18, 2002--iSECUREtrac(TM) Corp (OTCBB:ISRE) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Veridian Corporation, a leading provider of information-based systems, integrated solutions and services to the U.S. government.
    The agreement calls for iSECUREtrac to supply its 2100 Series iTracker(TM) GPS-based tracking products and services to Veridian for use by Veridian in individual and high value asset tracking applications for government customers.
    The recently introduced iSECUREtrac 2100 Series iTracker products are lightweight, wearable devices for use in the tracking of individuals and assets, utilizing the global positioning system ("GPS"). The iTracker units communicate with the tracNET24(TM) host system to upload tracking data, as well as receive and transmit configuration and operating information. Authorized users can access that information and manage the remote devices via secure Internet access.
