AMELIA ISLAND, Fla., March 15 -- The Automotive Fine Arts Society exhibition during the 7th annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance from March 7 through 10, 2002, was a tremendous success as the public enthusiastically embraced the Amelia Island, Fla., event. Artists exhibited 100 of their most recent works during the show, including pieces created in a variety of mediums, such as oil, watercolor acrylic, gouache, pen & ink, bronze and wood.
According to AFAS President Ken Eberts, ``We are honored by our partnership with the Amelia Island Concours. Alongside the finest cars in the world, this venue serves as the largest automotive fine art show on the east coast.
