AB Volvo Publishes Annual Report on the Internet

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 14, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- On March 22, AB Volvo will publish its Annual Report for 2001 as planned, but it is already available from today on Volvo's website, http://www.volvo.com.

This is the first time that Volvo has chosen to publish its Annual Report on the Internet prior to the release of the printed version. The reason is that Volvo wants to increase the availability and speed of its information. By publishing the Report on the Internet, it becomes accessible immediately it is completed.
