    TORONTO--March 14, 2002--Eduardo Guendelman, President and C.E.O. of Paradigm Advanced Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:PRAV), announced today that John Tillger has joined the Advisory Board of Paradigm.

    Mr. Tillger has over 20 years of senior executive experience in transportation and supply chain management both in Canada and in Europe. During his career Mr. Tillger was Chief Operating Officer at Purolator Courier Ltd., General Manager Group Operations at TNT Courier in Europe, and President and Chief Operating Officer at Tibbett & Britten Canada.
    He holds a B.A. in Geography and Science, and an M.B.A. from McMaster University.
    Previously announced members of Paradigm's Advisory Board include Mike Kedar, founder of Call-Net (Sprint Canada), Major-General Lewis MacKenzie (Ret'd), Canadian Army, Lieutenant General Chuck Eichelberger (Ret'd), US Army, and Charles Harnick, Q.C., former Attorney General of Ontario.
