Jon Fogarty Wins at Monterrey; Diaz is Fifth

Alert - Jon Fogarty, of Portola Valley, Calif., wins the first round of the
Toyota Atlantic Championship from Monterrey, Mexico, for Dorricott Racing.

Luis Diaz, of Mexico City, finishes fifth place. Alex Gurney is 22nd after
being forced to retire due to mid-race contact with Joey Hand.
