Infiniti Reports February Sales

GARDENA, Calif., March. 1 -- Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan North America, Inc. today reported February sales of 5,032 units, a 10.7 percent decline versus February of last year.

Infiniti's I35 mid-size luxury sedan led the division with sales of 2,539 units. G20 posted an increase of 19.5 percent versus last year with sales of 998 units.

Rounding out the lineup, Infiniti's flagship Q45 luxury performance sedan posted sales of 314 units while the QX4 luxury sport utility vehicle reported sales of 1,181 units.

``Infiniti is excited about the arrival of the all-new G35, which goes on sale this month,'' said Mark McNabb, vice president and general manager, Infiniti Division. ``The new G35 will be the first of four new product launches in the next 12 months.''

Nissan North America, Inc.'s combined sales for February, including Nissan and Infiniti divisions, totaled 58,328 units, an increase of 8.2 percent versus last year.
