Engineous Software Names Janet C. Wylie CEO and President

    CARY, N.C.--Feb. 26, 2002--Engineous Software, provider of the award winning integration, automation, and design improvement software iSIGHT, today announced the appointment of Janet C. Wylie as President and Chief Executive Officer.
    Ms. Wylie will be responsible for Engineous' corporate strategy and direction, as well as its operations.
    Ms. Wylie's career includes executive positions with some of the world's largest corporations, including VP of International and Indirect Operations at Xerox, VP of Commercial and Civil Operations at Computer Sciences Corporation, and other management positions at Boeing and Martin Marietta (Lockheed). After more than 20 years in Fortune 100 corporations, Wylie joined Intelicent, Inc., an e-business provider, as President and CEO and grew the company from the ground up to a pre-IPO company that was sold before going public.

    Ms. Wylie holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she has also has performed graduate work in engineering, and is a member of the President's Board of Advisors. Ms. Wylie also performed graduate work in marketing at the University of Chicago.
