Ryder Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
MIAMI--Feb. 15, 2002--The Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc. , a global leader in supply chain and transportation management solutions, today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 20, 2002 to shareholders of record on February 22, 2002. This is Ryder's 102nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend - marking 25 1/2 years of dividend payments.About Ryder
