    COSTA MESA, Calif.--Feb. 15, 2002--Ceradyne, Inc. will release results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2001 on the morning of Tuesday, February 26. The Company will also hold a teleconference to discuss the financial results and future plans and prospects.
