ArvinMeritor Honors 2001 Patent Recipients
TROY, Mich., Feb. 14 -- ArvinMeritor Inc. today announced that 87 ArvinMeritor employees were honored for receiving patents in 2001 during the company's annual Patent Awards Ceremony on Feb. 13, 2002.
The awards recognize those individuals who have made substantial engineering contributions to ArvinMeritor through the company's patent innovation process. New ArvinMeritor patents include dozens of inventions affecting commercial and light vehicle systems, and range from a gear fatigue monitor for heavy-duty vehicles to an anti-pinch door lock for passenger cars.
