ADVISORY/Hillwood Announces Bridgestone Groundbreaking

    WHAT: Groundbreaking for the new Bridgestone/Firestone regional
          distribution center at Hillwood's AllianceTexas development 
          in Roanoke, Texas. Hillwood leased the 608,322 square foot
          build-to-suit to Bridgestone/Firestone last November.

          The lease is the largest executed in Dallas-Fort Worth 
          since 1999.

          Bridgestone/Firestone also will have a new announcement 
          regarding its involvement in the Roanoke community.

          Bridgestone/Firestone will employ approximately 200 
          employees at the new facility.

          The new distribution center, which is being built by 
          Hillwood, will allow Bridgestone/Firestone to consolidate 
          operations in the area into a single building. It will 
          supply tires and automotive parts to a nine-state area, 
          including Wyoming and part of South Dakota.
                 
          The warehouse will have a capacity of 750,000 tires ranging 
          from small passenger tires to commercial truck tires and 
          even large tires dedicated exclusively to grading roads.

   WHERE: The new Bridgestone/Firestone distribution center is
          located in Hillwood's AllianceTexas development at 600 
          Gateway Parkway in Roanoke, Texas. The facility is located 
          north of Texas Highway 170 between Texas Highway 377 and 
          Interstate 35W. From 170 take Independence Parkway north to
          Henrietta Creek Rd. Turn right on Henrietta Creek Rd then 
          left on Freedom Drive then right on Gateway Parkway. The
          Bridgestone/Firestone site is on the left.
