FinishMaster Announces Acquisition of Two Branches of Automotive Refinish Technologies, Inc.

    INDIANAPOLIS--Feb. 12, 2002--FinishMaster, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire two locations previously owned and operated by Automotive Refinish Technologies, Inc.
    The facilities are located in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Columbia, South Carolina.
