    According to a recent survey, nearly half of all parents are making major mistakes when it comes to protecting their kids in motor vehicles.
    February 10-16 is National Child Passenger Safety Week and the United Auto Workers along with GM are sponsoring the Safe Kids Buckle Up program, designed, in part, to teach parents when is the right time to graduate their kids from safety seat to regular car seat. It's much later than you might think.
