ABRA - Colorado Announces New Operations Manager
MINNEAPOLIS--Feb. 8, 2002--ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, announced the appointment of Jim Hanson as Operations Manager for its Colorado market. In this position, Hanson will be responsible for assisting repair centers in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, team member growth and financial performance.Hanson, who joined the company in December 2001, brings to ABRA thirty years of experience in the automotive industry. "I've been aware of the ABRA organization for years," stated Hanson, "and was thrilled when the opportunity to join their team became available. ABRA-Colorado consists of five repair centers in the Denver metro and one in Boulder. Hanson and his wife Alana will be relocating to the Denver area from Big Bear Lake, California.
