    ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--Feb. 8, 2002--Payless Car Rental continues its aggressive expansion both internationally and in the United States with the opening of ten new franchise locations. Avalon Global Group, Inc., the parent company for Payless Car Rental Systems, Inc. announced the expansion locations today.
    International locations now open include in-terminal at Monterrey International Airport and locally in Monterrey, Mexico; Utuado and Caguas, Puerto Rico; and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

    Agreements have also been signed for mid-year franchise openings for three locations in Beirut, Lebanon and one location in Rhodes, Greece. A franchise in Nashville, Tennessee is scheduled to open in late February.
